A FULL HOUSE!!
A Ribbon Cutting and Grand Re-Opening ceremony was held for the Harry Stone Recreation Center located in the Casa View neighborhood in East Dallas on Saturday, May 4th.
The event featured a community picnic, bounce houses, balloon crafts, an art showcase, class demonstrations, and entertainment. Included in the line-up was the marching band from Bishop Lynch High School – who made a big splash in their spring attire!
GSR Andrade provided architectural services for the renovation of the existing center and the addition of 4,400 s.f. of new space. The new, improved facility includes a commercial kitchen, dance studio, laptop bar, and additional activity space. A clean, colorful and hip storefront façade provides great curb appeal to the new addition.
The neighborhood has definitely embraced this City of Dallas Park and Rec project!
