Currently under construction, Woodway Plaza is a welcomed addition to the town of Woodway, Texas (just outside of Waco). The project consists of a 14,390 s.f., single-story retail building with a 7,131 s.f. free-standing Emergency Center, “Premier ER Plus”, that will provide a full range of emergency medical services for both adults and children – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The exterior envelope construction of the building consists of metal framed walls with simulated stone veneer, portland cement plaster, aluminum composite panels, and curtainwall system.
Construction started on May of 2014 and is expected to be completed by August of 2014.
