GSRA’s Thirty Oaks Apartments has won this year’s Curb Appeal Award presented by the National Apartment Association. Located in San Antonio, the project was one of 75 entries from around the U.S. competing for the UNITS Magazine award.
The project site is home to more than 30 mature black oak trees that were incorporated into the overall design of the community. The Craftsman architecture utilized for the buildings blended well with the trees and suburban location, creating a warm and inviting feel.
