This project consisted of a 6,000 s.f. renovation to the existing recreation center including updated finishes, the installation of a commercial kitchen and the addition of solar panels. The recreation center provides activities for both seniors and children and is a social hub for the neighborhood. The park improvements included new fans and windscreens at the outdoor gym, and the renovation of a picnic pavilion.
