The overall Rim commercial development totals 722,242 s.f. constructed on a 7.9 acre site.
The 380 apartments are a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units, ranging from 533 s.f. to 1,699 s.f., with several innovative plan configurations, all with balconies and patios and views to the surrounding retail community development, the landscaped courtyards, and pool amenities within the complex.
