The project consists of the design and development of a 14,390 gross square feet, one-story commercial plaza building with a 7,131 square feet freestanding emergency center called “Premier ER Plus” that will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The exterior envelope construction of the building consists of metal framed walls with simulated stone veneer, portland cement plaster, aluminum composite panels, and curtainwall system The FEC program included 2 treatment rooms, 5 exams rooms, laboratory, an imaging suite containing separate rooms for CT-Scan and X-Ray with a control room in the center, and all required support spaces. The Urgent Care program included 5 exam rooms, and all required support spaces.
