The historic Music Hall at Fair Park, a 3,420-seat performing arts facility, underwent a significant renovation aimed at improving accessibility and preserving its nearly 100-year-old structure. Originally opened in 1925, the venue underwent a two-phase renovation that included the addition of a new elevator, ADA-compliant lobby ramp, exterior accent lighting, roof stabilization, and restroom updates.
Phase II of the project focused on updating floor finishes throughout common areas, enhancing aisle lighting in the auditorium, installing ADA-compliant main entrance doors, and completing plumbing renovations. The renovations blend the building’s historic charm with essential modern upgrades, ensuring a welcoming and accessible experience for all visitors.
