JCPenney Store #0179 is a new 111,034 s.f. retail development. In addition to the standard store plan layout (apparel, shoes, accessories, home, and jewelry), integrated spaces include a Styling Salon, Portrait Studio, Sephora Cosmetics, Catalog Sales and general business offices. This facility was recognized by the EPA for earning the Energy Star rating of 99 and was honored at the 2011 AIA National Convention held in New Orleans. The project was also featured as part of the Energy Star Challenge display.
