Forest Park Medical Center is a 35-acre master planned campus anticipated to have over one million s.f. under roof at final build-out. Phase 1 of the plan includes this three-story, 142,000 s.f. hospital and connected four-level parking garage to accommodate 400 vehicles. The 54-bed hospital is the first part of an expandable healthcare facility and is designed to provide first-class healthcare with high-end accommodations and facilities. The facility includes indoor and outdoor dining areas, rooftop gardens, 12 operating rooms, 2 procedure rooms, 6 ICU patient rooms. 38 patient rooms, and 10 VIP patient suites.
