The Emergis ER project consists of the renovation of an existing 14,000 s.f., one-story building to accommodate a 8,818 s.f. Freestanding Emergency Center. The remaining square footage of the building will be left open for future tenant use.
The program includes 1 treatment room, 7 exam rooms, laboratory, an imaging suite containing separate rooms for CT- Scan and X-Ray with a control room in the center, and all required support spaces. The exterior envelope construction consists of metal framed walls with curtain wall and storefront systems, fiber cement board, cement stucco, and metal composite panels.
