Courtyards at Lake Granbury is a 60-unit assisted-living and retirement center with units ranging from 525 s.f. to 800 s.f. in size. The facility contains three nurses’ stations, an exam room with therapy whirlpool, and an exercise room. Also housed within the facility is a commercial kitchen and laundry; dining hall; beauty salon; and library. Tenants can also enjoy two activity rooms (one with a private kitchen) and two outdoor courtyards.
