GSR Andrade was well-represented at the Grand Opening Celebration of our latest rehabilitation hospital in Scottsdale, Arizona on April 16th. Project Designer, Fernando Andrade, AIA; Project Manager, Jenny Kramer-McPhail, AIA; Project Coordinator, Chase Parker; and Interior Designer, Janna Jellum-Velasquez, RID attended the festivities along with the project’s developer and physician-owners.
GlobalRehab at Scottsdale Healthcare is a single-story, 53,000 square-foot Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital Facility (IRF) supporting 50 private patient rooms. The facility also houses clinical space for physical, occupational and speech therapies; as well as a full-service Emergency Department. The building was designed for a future 25-bed vertical expansion that will provide approximately 17,000 additional square-feet of treatment space.
