GlobalRehab at Scottsdale Healthcare will initially be a single-story, approximately 53,000 s.f. Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital Facility (IRF) supporting 50 private patient rooms along with physical, occupational and speech therapies. The building has been designed for a future 25-bed vertical expansion that will provide approximately 17,000 additional square feet.
