A multi-family garden apartment development in the northwest section of San Antonio, the project consists of (11) 3/4 split type garden apartment buildings, a three-level Community/Leasing Building, a single story Maintenance Building, and 9 stand-alone carports, on a steeply-sloping 16 1/2 acre site. The 322 apartments are a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units, ranging from 670 SF to 1,567 SF in area, all with balconies and views of the surrounding Texas Hill Country. The Community Building takes advantage of the sloping site and views as well, with Leasing/Business Offices, a Community Media Center, and a Roof Terrace on the upper level, Community Activities, Pool Terraces, and Fitness on the mid level below, and a split-level of the Fitness Center on the third level below.
