The Ellis Apartments is a multifamily development on an approximate 14-acre site in Carrollton, Texas. The project is comprised of 14 buildings, with 330 Garden-type rental units in 13 buildings, and additional stand-alone building to house the information/management /leasing offices and community facilities. Parking for residents and guests is provided through a combination of garage parking, covered parking, and open surface parking spread throughout the community.
