A welcome addition to the existing Marcus Park facilities in far-north Dallas. The Annex replaced the out-of-date senior center that previously resided on the site. The 2,400 s.f. center houses various activities geared toward the elderly citizens, such as a garden, arts and crafts area, card room, and a lounge with a library. The Prairie Style, an early 20th-century American architectural style, influences the facility’s design.
