Simon is a project manager with experience in all phases of the design process. He has a well-rounded background with various project types and sizes, including commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential. He carries a wealth of knowledge in the construction details and administration area with his past experience at a design-build firm.

Simon focuses on the development of building design and preparation of construction documents while working in conjunction with clients and consultants. Simon also specializes in the research of Building code, (NFPA) Life Safety Code, and ANSI/ADA Code and Compliance and apply them to the overall development of the projects. Simon contributes to the overall quality control procedures with GSR Andrade and has helped establish guidelines to insure an office standard of quality and practice in all projects.
