Bill joined GSR Andrade in 2000. In addition to serving as a Project Manager, he is the head of Quality Control and Construction Administration for the firm. He works directly with the staff at all levels to ensure that our designs are informed and responsive to past experiences during the construction phase. By learning from what is built and how it is built, we make better decisions in the office.

Bill has practiced in several states including Texas, New York, Maryland, Oklahoma, and Washington, D.C. His experience includes major works in K-12, secondary and higher education, institutional, transportation, infrastructure, and healthcare. An active member of AIA at the national, state, and local levels, Bill has served as President of the Eastern Oklahoma Chapter and has held various roles with AIA Dallas.
